Our main recruitment is within the rail sector working on UK Rolling Stock, providing Engineers and Technicians to work on the trains. We often provide supporting staff to go along with this such as Cleaners, Banksman, Storeman and the many other behind the scene operations you would find at a rail station or depot.

All of our Train Technicians require a relevant NVQ Level 3 or higher as a minimum for the roles we recruit. Other positions may not require this so don’t let it put you off applying with us.

Yes, we specialize in recruiting for large-scale infrastructure projects across both the rail and construction sectors. We understand the complexity and scope of these projects, which often require a large and diverse workforce, from site laborers and engineers to project managers and safety officers. We take a proactive approach, anticipating your project needs and sourcing candidates early in the planning process. Our recruitment team is equipped to handle high-volume hiring while ensuring that each candidate is vetted for the skills, safety certifications, and experience required for such critical projects.

We place great emphasis on continuous professional development (CPD) for our candidates, particularly in industries like aerospace and rail, where evolving technologies and regulations play a key role. We encourage candidates to pursue additional certifications and training relevant to their sector, such as ongoing safety certifications or specialized skills in new technologies. We also offer guidance on career development pathways and collaborate with clients to ensure that training opportunities are available for employees once they’re placed in roles. This helps both the candidate and the employer stay competitive and compliant in a fast-changing industry landscape.

Yes, we provide flexible staffing solutions across all sectors, including temporary, contract, and interim placements. Whether you need a short-term solution to cover a peak in demand, or a longer-term contract worker for a specific project, we can quickly mobilize the right candidates. We manage the recruitment, onboarding, and payroll process to ensure that both the client and the candidate have a smooth and successful experience.

For specialized or hard-to-fill roles, we leverage an array of sourcing strategies. These include targeted headhunting, utilizing niche industry job boards, and engaging with professional networks or industry groups. We also work closely with passive candidates—those who may not be actively job hunting but could be interested in the right opportunity. Additionally, our database is continuously updated with a wide range of professionals across multiple industries, allowing us to quickly identify and engage top talent.

We value experience just as much as formal qualifications. If a candidate has substantial on-the-job experience, we assess their practical skills through interviews, practical tests, and reference checks. We also look for transferable skills such as leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability. In some cases, we may recommend that candidates pursue additional certifications or training to enhance their qualifications, but we also recognize the value of hands-on experience in the construction field.

The best way to get roles is to provide us with your CV and get on our opportunities list. This can be done by applying through our website or emailing [email protected]

Our recruitment takes place nationwide however, a vast majority is done within North and South Wales with our Head Office being based in Bristol.
