360 Plant Operator.

Salary: £23 - £25 per hour (CIS)

Location: South West England & Wales (Bristol/Gloucester/Cardiff)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and safety-conscious 360 Plant Operators to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating safely and efficiently across construction and civil engineering sites.

Operate plant machinery such as excavators and other construction equipment

Carry out daily pre-use inspections and basic maintenance checks

Work to site plans, drawings and instructions from supervisors

Assist with general site duties when required

Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company health and safety procedures

Report defects, faults and safety concerns promptly

Maintain plant machinery in good working condition

Proven experience operating construction plant machinery

Valid CPCS or NPORS plant operator certification

Good understanding of site safety and operational procedures

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach to work

Full UK driving licence (preferred)
